By accessing or using HackerBrewery ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You may sign in using your Discord account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and for all activity that occurs under your account on our platform.

3. Purchases

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Digital products are delivered immediately upon successful payment. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

4. Donations

Donations made through our "Buy Us a Coffee" page are voluntary and non-refundable. Donations do not entitle you to any products, services, or special treatment.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Redistribute, resell, or share purchased digital content without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

All games, content, graphics, logos, and other materials on HackerBrewery are the property of HackerBrewery or its licensors. Purchasing a game grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use it. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HackerBrewery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
